We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Generally, standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes approximately 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping may arrive sooner. Please note that shipping times may vary for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas.

Returns & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility:


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pleedex. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your chair, you may be eligible to return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Return Period:


You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that returns requested outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions:


To be eligible for a return, the chair must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Any tags, labels, or accessories must also be intact and included with the return.

4. Return Process:


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions. Returns made without an RA number may not be accepted. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

5. Return Shipping:


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refund Processing:


Upon receipt of your returned chair and verification of its eligibility, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow for 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Exchanges:


If you would like to exchange your chair for a different model, color, or size, please indicate this when requesting your return authorization. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned item instead.

8. Non-Returnable Items:


Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items, customized or personalized chairs, and clearance or discounted items. Please review the product description and specifications carefully before making your purchase.
